Ok, so pay attention with this listing!!
What we effectively have here is a 1st issue on Rolling Stones Records from 1971 which has been, subsequently re-housed in a modern reissue cover. So, take that in....original record, but reissue cover.
Might be of interest to someone who wants to get into a '71 copy at a low price point.
So, the vinyl is genuine 1971. Etchings on a '71 copy must mention 'Rolling Stones Records'. The labels are perfectly correct for '71 too. For 1st issue they must mention 'recording 1st pub'. They also mention 'Promotone' so not earliest 1st press - but will come from the original chart run period in '71.
Cover looks cool - but remember ... it is NOT 70's vintage.Barcode on the rear. No physical zip.

Vinyl (Vg+/Vg) In very nice condition but theres a semi feelable trail mark across tracks 2&3 on side 2. You'll get a good few ticks in both tracks.  A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly VERYGOOD+ level of playback..very nice audio and by and large pretty clean. But you do have to accept the deviations mentioned above. So, at this price point you need to keep expectations at a sensible level.  So, nice and very enjoyable - but will not be troubling the top grades. Make sure your expectations match the price point...i.e. be realistic.
Cover (Vg+) Pretty good with no noticeable deterioration. Some ageing apparent at edges. But is still in very respectable condition. Spine is in excellent order.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits.
