Description
RUTH "POLAROÏD/ROMAN/PHOTO" 7" LIMITED EDITION OF 80!
Selling an uber-rare, NM copy of RUTH's French minimal synth classic "POLAROÏD/ROMAN/PHOTO" on 7" vinyl. "POLAROÏD/ROMAN/PHOTO" b/w "THRILLER." From the Ilitch Music site: "Original pressing and cover, limited edition of 80 copies, numbered with special artwork." You are bidding on the item shown in the photos. This 7" sleeve and 7" piece of artwork are stamped number 79/80, the artwork features an additional "TM" (Thierry Müller) logo stamp. I purchased this years ago straight from the Ilitch Music website and have never played it. I never list any records as M if they did not come in shrink wrap. Labels are clean. Sleeve is clean and tight with no bumped corners. Artwork is clean. Vinyl is super shiny and ready for your turntable. Even more desirable now since "POLAROÏD/ROMAN/PHOTO" has become a standout track on recent minimal synth/cold wave comps "BIPPP: FRENCH SYNTH WAVE 1979-85" & "COLD WAVES + MINIMAL ELECTRONICS," neither of which are easy (or cheap) to find on vinyl. This is a killer song and this is a super rare vinyl copy of it—I would say it is likely you will never see one of these on ebay again.
