EXCELLENT CONDITION 45 & PIC SLEEVE IF YOU AREN'T COMPULSIVE ABOUT DETAILS:
BALLAD OF JOHN AND YOKO/OLD BROWN SHOE (Apple #2531 1st pressing WITH PICTURE SLEEVE, 1969): CLEAN M- PIC SLEEVE w/STICKER & M- 45 w/CUT-OUT HOLE.
SO-O-O CLOSE! If not for a sticker on the sleeve (which might be removable) & a cut-out hole on the single (definitely NOT removable)...it'd be a CLEAN M- SLEEVE & SINGLE! NO HOLE IN THE SLEEVE; it's also free of rips, writing or seam splits & the 45 has glossy M- vinyl. Great for that spot until you're ready to spend $100 or more for a gem single & pic sleeve.
