Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my pop and progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare 1st U.K. pressing of Sandy Denny – Sandy on the PINK RIM ISLAND label with the Palm Tree logo, label, cat. no. ILPS 9207.
The record is in EX condition, there are a couple non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are in EX minus condition, there are a few spindle marks on both labels and there is a name written on the Side 2 label.
The cover is in VG+++ condition, there is only some slight wear in the corners and on the spine (still legible), there is some very slight ring wear on the front and back and there is a tiny name and date written on the inside of the gatefold (without very close inspection, this tiny name could easily be missed), but that is all. This cover still looks fantastic.
This is a very rare 1st U.K. pressing of Sandy Denny’s second album on the PINK RIM ISLAND label. How often is this record in this condition offered? This copy looks and plays really clean! A real must have for all Sandy Denny or Fairport convention Fans! Happy Bidding!

Within the European Union, the postage costs are £ 8.75, outside the E.U. £ 15.00 (sorry, but postage rates in the Netherlands are very high). Payment within 7 days after the auction has ended.
Please also note that the shipping costs are the same for 1 LP as for up to 5 LPs (the Dutch postal services charges the same amount up to 2KGs) So If you buy more, the shipping costs for your other LP’s are basically for free.
