GRADING
SLEEVE: EX+
The Box is in superb condition. There is a very small patch of entirely insignificant wear to the bottom edge. The surfaces are lovely and clean with the front being free from any fading or wear. The spine is perfect with no noticeable rubbing to the gold inlaid text. There is a little discolouration to the inside of the box.
The libretto is a little discoloured to the outside at the spine.
The insert is perfect.
RECORDS: EX+/EX+/EX/EX+
All three records are in beautiful condition. There are one or two very light sleeve removal marks visible under very bright halogen light. There a couple of extremely light marks to side 4. The passages that I have played sound MINT. Amazing.
The above record grading is based on Record Collector magazine system:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
