DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: 3cm seam split centre bottom edge and some wear to bottom right corner - two light pulls to the paper on the rear left hand side, otherwise fine - laminate tight...nice and clean...spine lettering sharp and clear: VG
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..nothing deep and plays very nicely with some static hiss but no pops, skips or distortion...nice clear sound!: VISUAL VG+ / AUDIO VG+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: as side one..just a few of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..nothing deep and again, plays very nicely with some static hiss but no pops, skips or distortion...nice clear sound!: VISUAL VG+ / AUDIO VG+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
