Once all of the items you’re bidding on have finished, simply hold off from paying immediately. We will then manually issue you with a combined invoice with discounted postage the next working day.
Additional Shipping Services
The maximum weight for using standard shipping is 15.00 kg for UK destinations (mainland & NI only), and 2.00 kg for EUROPE/REST OF WORLD.
If your item is too heavy to send via standard shipping, or you require extra tracking/insurance, we can arrange higher-cost shipping on request.
Before bidding, please contact us for a UK or WORLDWIDE specialist courier quote, then before paying, please contact us again to request an updated invoice.
Import Duty/Tax
Buyers are responsible for paying their country’s import duties and taxes.

Please call ahead, and bring a form of valid ID to help us confirm that you are the successful buyer.
PAYMENT
1. PAYPAL is our preferred method of payment for a fast despatch.
2. For orders over £10, we also accept POSTAL ORDERS or CHEQUES, which need to be made payable to:
“ST BARNABAS HOSPICE SHOPS LTD”.
3. If you are posting payment, please be sure to include details of the item number, your eBay user ID with your full name, address & postcode for delivery.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
We follow eBay’s official returns policy (see link below). In summary:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Returns must include all items purchased, in original sale condition, with all original packaging.
- Original delivery costs will be refunded where items were defective, not as described, or damaged during shipping.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
- You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods reach us in their original sale condition.
- We will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of your request for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
