Description

Folks ..... this it it! The record many people are searching for with little to no success. I am not going to go into a long description of the product as those who would bid on it surely know what it is. The instrumental rendition of "Up, Up and Away" is simply astounding.

What IS important to you is the history of this LP. I am the original owner. It was bought new. It has been played rarely, and only on audiophile equipment. It is one of the older Sheffield pressings with the Maroon label and silver tower. Here are some further pressing notes: Side 1, SL2-9, 13028-X; Side 2, SL1-4, 12881 The record itself is in Mint minus condition, or maybe a smidge below depending on how picky one is. There is a minor mar on each side but both are very light and I assure you that they cannot be heard. Strictly surface and not "in the grooves".

The album cover is in Very Good condition with slight bruising of the corners and slight visible wear as would be expected on an LP over 30 years old. No real ring mark to speak of though.

The LP has been stored upright on a shelf in my living room since I have owned it. Considering it's value, I would prefer ship this out via UPS ground, insured. Both the succesful bidder and myself will have good tracking ability, unlike that which the Post Office offers.
