Comes with COA = the receipt of purchase from Stranger Than Paradise in London on the Record Store Day. Noel was the Record Store Day Ambassador that year and had signed copies in store, I queued from 4am and manage to get one. I heard he signed 15 - 20 copies total of the 7" making this signed edition very rare indeed.
Mint unplayed condition, signed by Noel on the front sleeve, shrink has been opened to sign but still in tact. Stored in a pet free / smoke free home.
