Description
Up for grabs an original SIMPLE MINDS "Real to Real Cacophony" 12" vinyl LP album, 1979 release on Zoom/Arista Records (SPART1109) blue label, matrix nos.SPARTY1109 A//1∇EAR, B//3∇E420, thin matte blue-dyed textured paper cover pure glossy white inside (heraldic Saltire colours), with silver reflective ink lettering, twenty-four (24) raised bars frontside (first press limited edition), lined paper inner, UK made, condition cover: Near Mint (superficial bottom ring wear), vinyl/labels: pristine Mint (actual pics shown, zoom over).
The most adventurous album of the group wild on their debut year, includes the cacophonous Veldt missing link between industrial and primordial confirming progress heading towards regression (an argument earlier put forward by Bowie "we're not evolving, we're not going anywhere, make the best of each moment"), Changeling earns the reputation for Derek Forbes (Scotland's greatest bass player by public vote), defunct label (1980), rare in such condition.
