Description

Sintesis, Cuba 1979, Areito LD 3736. Released simultaneously in Mexico as "En Busca De Una Nueva Flor", this Cuban press is insanely rare even in Cuba, so much that I thought for 15 years that this never was released inside Cuba! This is the only (AFAIK) genuinely progressive rock LP ever released in Cuba. Think Italian/South-American prog styled.
Record is VG-, has scuff marks and superficial hairline scratches, no nasty scratches, record plays without skipping and with light noise in spots. I own a pretty high-end equipment, and this is a very good play copy.
Cover is GOOD, ring and edge wear, some flaking on the cover slick that has been ink filled. Again, very hard to come by LP in any shape.
All records listed are original presses, unless otherwise noted.
Please do not pay before receiving the invoice! This is important if you're buying many LPs and you want to consolidate shipping costs. Shipping costs are:
USA: 1 LP is 15$ / 2 or 3 LPs is 20$ / 4 to 8 LPs is 26$.
Canada: 1 LP is 11$ to 15$ (based on postal code, usually more in rural areas, or farther from Montreal). Additional LPs doesn't add much more.
International: 1 LP for 20$ via airmail (22$ for Japan, 24$ for Australia, eastern Europe, South America...)
I cannot be held responsible for non-tracked and non-registered parcels.
All records to be shipped outside its cover in a PVC sleeve, wrapped in bubble cushion, into flat-stiffened, new record mailers.
Auctions resulting in total over 75$ are required to have registration.
By bidding on my records, you are agreeing to those terms. Please ask for any question before the auction end, and I'll do my best to answer them promptly.
I am using the Goldmine grading standard (M- > VG++ > VG+ > VG), I am not listing records below VG unless it's very rare.
Please have a look at my other auctions as I have gathered some of the best and rarest Cuban LPs from my multiple trips to Cuba, Including Sintesis' 1st album, Ricardo Eddy Martinez' Expreso Ritmico, and Los Yoyi, plus many albums from Grupo De Experimentacion Sonora and Juan Pablo Torres. All of them with 9.99$ starting bid and no reserve.
