UK STEREO 2ND PRESSING (with 1/G very first stamper/mother combination for this pressing on Side 1 and 2/H stamper/mother on Side 2) ON SECOND STATE LABEL (Pink Immediate label "IMMEDIATE RECORD CO. LTD.") [Very first issues came on a lilac/grey label with different label details] VINYL LP IN CIRCULAR FOLD-OUT 5-PANEL SLEEVE AND ORIGINAL POLY INNER SLEEVE.
The original mono and stereo vinyl LP’s in their award-winning revolutionary round sleeves were incredible. Unfortunately, subsequent editions on vinyl, tape and CD all suffered from varying sound quality, distortion, incorrect edits and fades and poor packaging which was unacceptable for such a historic and important album. The original stereo albums are the better of the two aurally, and the recorded sound is breathtaking. As this was still the era of mono, the stereo is far harder to find these days.

SLEEVE: VERY GOOD+, FULLY INTACT BUT DOES HAVE LIGHT SHELF AND EDGE WEAR, PEN MARK ON REAR.
DISC: EXCELLENT MINUS. NO MARKS SCRATCHES AND NO VERY MINOR SPINDLE WEAR. SOME LIGHT HAIRLINES AND MARKS, BUT THIS HAS NOT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AND SOUNDS SUPERB, JUST A FEW LIGHT STATIC CRACKLES IN THE QUIETEST OF PASSAGES. A SPLENDID PLAYING COPY THAT SHOULD SATISFY ALL BUT A PERFECTIONIST.
