Description
This is Small Faces Immediate LP IMLP008 "Small Faces".
This is from my old LP collection which has been stored away in cupboards for years, since I switched to CDs. I no longer have a record player so I won't be able to say how the LP sounds, so I'll try to describe the condition of the LP as precisely as I can.
The cover has a faint ring mark on it's front, which is otherwise in excellent condition.
The back of the cover is excellent apart from the laminated seam lifting for one inch in the bottom right hand corner.
The cover is slightly aged at the corners and on the edges but has no tears or writing on it. The spine is in great condition with clearly legible text.
When I look at the LP itself it looks like new. My eyesight is not as good as it was, though I can see if there are obvious scratches on an LP. I can't see anything obvious on this LP. So I looked at it using a magnifying glass.
I couldn't find any marks at all on side one. It looks shiny and pristine to me.
I found two faint scratches on side two which I can't see without the magnifying glass, but apart from that it's excellent.
This is a well preserved example of a great LP. The cover has aged well and the actual LP looks like new to my old eyes! I could have said that this LP was "Mint" or "Near Mint" judging from some descriptions in previous auctions for this LP, but I'm new to selling LPs so I don't know exactly how close to perfect an LP has to be in order to qualify for those ratings. So I have tried to stay factual and describe the LP honestly in plain English.
Sorry for not knowing all the collectors jargon, it's like another language to me.
