Description
"No Policy" is meant to refer to the DC scene as a whole at the time this record came out. There were no rules and anyone could be a part of it. You could start a band in the morning, write eight songs in the afternoon and play your first show that night. All this was possible because there was no policy which dictated what was "supposed" to happen or how things were "supposed" to be.
Unconditionally guaranteed to be an original first press from 1981. The cover is flat with no ring wear. The only real flaw is a two inch split in the bottom seam, which is not even noticeable unless you actually open the cover flaps. The front cover was signed by Michael Hampton, the guitarist of SOA, back in 2001. No scratches or scuffs on the vinyl, but I cannot rate it EX as I do not have a record player to judge background noise. Insert included. Paypal only for payment.
