Artist: Somalian "Dankeles" / uncredited Togo singers
Tracks: Chant Prophetique (Prophetic Song) / Chant Magique Pour Avoir de la Pluie (Magical Song to Have Rain)

True traditional songs recorded in 1931 during the Paris exposition - where some amazing recordings were made, including the famed Malagasy singers with valiha. The first group was from French Somaliland, and the second from Togo - both unaccompanied vocals. Rare and wonderful, deep sounds.


Condition: EE+ (near perfect, tiny mark)
