SONNY BOY WILLIAMSON down and out blues PYE INTERNATIONAL LP Mono A-1M/B-1M NPL.28036!

 

Original UK LP with Laminated flip back sleeve and the original plain white die-cut inner sleeve, released in 1964, on the PYE INTERNATIONAL label (R&B Series). Catalogue number: NPL.28036 (Mono).

 

Matrix numbers read:

A-Side: 1 LP 12036 A-1M

B-Side: 1 LP 12036 B-1M

 

Sleeve/Record: EXCELLENT CONDITION/EXCELLENT CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)

Clean solid sleeve in EXCELLENT condition, displays some light record sleeve ring wear, with touches of partial laminate dulling and some light superficial laminate scuffs. Sleeve has no rips/tears, no seem splits, no edge wear and no sleeve creases. The original plain white die-cut inner sleeve, displays some corner creases, but no splits, overall in VERY GOOD condition.

 

Record labels are NEAR MINT/VERY GOOD+ clean in appearance, but with a tiny label tear on the B-side (just to the left of the R) and some light traces of residue from a removed label (barely noticeable, unless viewed at closely). Spindle hole trail marks are minor, faint and small, showing very lightly played on both sides. Playing surfaces and matrix areas retain the full original glossy sheen, displaying no immediate/obvious visible surface scuffs/marks, but does have a few minor, small barely visible, feather light hairline/fine line surface scuffs, which only show up when angled and viewed closely under a strong bright light. Graded visually as in EXCELLENT condition. *Record plays EXCELLENT on both sides, emits a clean sound throughout with no loud/audible background surface noise (crackles or clicks).
