For auction is SONNY ROLLINS, "Saxophone Colossus," on Prestige 7326, Stereo, 1972 re-issue.
SOUND: VG+ or better
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Overall, outstanding, solid sound. The slightest bit of background hiss on this recording, but only noticeable here or there.
VINYL: VG+ or better
Visually, the vinyl has a number of fingerprints (could probably be cleaned further). Other than that, there is one scuff across side B, but it appears completely superficial. All else looks terrific. The labels are gold/black, in very nice condition, with a tiny bit of spindle wear.
JACKET: VG+ or better
The jacket is very nice, with solid edges and spine in great condition. The 4 corners each have a touch of wear. The front has a catalogue sticker upper left corner, and call letters in pen next to that. Otherwise, beautiful condition. The back is very clean, in great shape, with a "promo" stamp.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
