This is the "RVG" stamped, Deep Groove, P-pressing of SONNY ROLLINS' "Sonny Rollins" on the "47 West 63rd" labels of Blue Note BLP 1542. Musicians include Sonny Rollins, Donald Byrd, Max Roach, Wynton Kelly, Gene Ramey

VINYL plays beautifully, clean, powerful, dynamic and strong. Ensemble sections are punchy, strong, clean. No Skips. No locked grooves. No distortion. Very Good gloss. Handful of hairline marks, couple feelable. (If you can't feel it you won't hear it)  The "47 West 63rd" labels are clean with spindle marks. Blue Note LP as High Art. See photos.

COVER is in good shape, corners worn. All seams and spine taped end to end. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23" clean, with tape on all 4 sides. Please see photos.
