Description
This is a fine original U.S. pressing copy of the debut LP by the Sopwith Camel, released in 1967. The Bay Area group scored a national hit in 1966 with the old-timey novelty song "Hello, Hello." Their LP included the hit and other old-timey songs along with some psych rock ("Cellophane Woman," "Frantic Desolation"). The jacket has light sticker residue on the front cover, and is otherwise close to pristine (EX+). There is a hype sticker on the front cover. Visually, the disc has a few fingerprints and some scraping and scuffing. Side 1 plays with mostly light surface noise, while side 2 plays better with some light surface noise -- overall EX(-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
