Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my spare beat and progressive music records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first German pressing of Soul Caravan – Get in High on the ORANGE CBS label, cat no. S 63268.
The record is in EX minus condition, there are a couple non-sounding hairlines some very faint, non-sounding inner bag sweat marks on both sides. The labels are in EX condition, there are a few spindle marks only.
The cover is in VG condition, there are a couple tiny bald spots on the spine and on the top seam, there is some light wear (feathering) on the opening edge and the previous owner has written the total time of each side at the bottom of the track indications on the back. Besides mentioned imperfections, this cover looks very presentable; no rips or tears or other unwanted damage.
This is a very rare original German copy of Soul Caravan’s first album called Get in High from 1968. This album is one of the hardest to find (if not the hardest to find) Soul Caravan album in a very decent condition. This album is a real must have for all 1960 experimental SOUL fans! Happy Bidding!
