Steel 'N' Skin: Reggae Is Here Once Again b/w Afro Punk Reggae dub (Steel An' Skin Arts Ltd)

Very rare UK 12", a massive club tune with enormous potential, here on the original pressing with beautiful picture cover. Funded by the UK Arts Council as part of a 1979 project in Liverpool and never properly released, this record an excellent piece of UK music history. Back cover is signed by the group. 

Sharp M- disc / EX sleeve (discreet sticker tear in top-left).
