STEVE HACKETT ~ Spectral Mornings Charisma Japan RJ 7601. 1979 complete with original OBI, Japanese Lyric Insert and correct transparent U shaped inner sleeve
Complete and original Japanese pressing in really super condition all round.
Detailed Gradings: -
Outer Sleeve: NM
The single outer sleeve is in Near Mint condition. Please see photos. There are just very minimal signs of use and it is difficult to point out any defects to this sleeve, its just a really nice clean example!
The original OBI is present and this is in also in Near Mint condition. It has a small white sticker on it with a stylised red letter P. This signifies the use of a “Permastat” kit (probably in the 70’s or 80’s) whereby the owner used a solution with the objective of removing static permanently from the disc. Normally I only see such stickers on LP’s which have been previously looked after well and by dedicated audiophiles…..
Vinyl: EX+
The Vinyl is in EX+ condition. Really nice clean example with just very slight signs of use. Superb deep black gloss shine from this high quality Japanese pressing. Superb.
Labels: Near Mint ~ Clean, and with no significant marks.
Inner Sleeve: EX+. The custom poly-lined lyric inner sleeve is in EX+ condition. There are no seam splits and just very light signs of use. Really super condition.
Overall this is a beautiful Japanese copy of this LP, fully complete and in really super condition.
All records are been placed in a separate poly lined inner and stored flat outside the sleeve and then placed sealed in a re-sealable polythene outer prior to shipping. Records are then placed between square cardboard sheets before packaging into cruciform mailers especially designed for LP’s. These mailers are a high grade type which re-inforce the edges around the LP and as such they are larger and weigh more than standard mailers. My postage costs reflect the additional size and weight of the packaging that I use. Despite using high quality packing materials, I only charge the actual costs of postage.
