SUBLIME "Jah Won't Pay The Bills" ORIGINAL Cassette Tape - Still SEALED!!!!!!!!!!
I have NEVER seen a sealed copy of this before. This tape was given to me by a band member in 1991 when I was playing pool at O'Connell's Bar in Long Beach, one of the guys in Sublime (I really wish I could remember who it was for sure but I think it was Brad Nowell as he said he was the guitar player...) approached me and asked if I played in a band, I told him that I did and he asked if I wanted to check out his band. I said yes and he gave me this tape you see here for auction. It has been stored in my home with all my other cassettes, CD's and LP's from that time period and I ran across it when I recently decided to clean house. Surprisingly, I never opened or listened to it!!! There's no need for me to explain how rare and hard to find this as I'm sure everybody looking at the auction is quite aware of the history behind this tape.
Original Shrink Wrap is completely intact except for one small hole on the back, clearly visible in my pics. Also, the cassette CASE has about a 1.5 inch crack right in the middle of the front and about a 1 inch crack in the middle on the back and a .25 inch sort of a crack on the upper left of the back. The crack on the front is clearly visible in some of my pics but the crack on the back is difficult to photo. These in no way affect the tape itself which I looked at through a magnifying glass to make sure there were no issues, I actually had no idea until I was posting the pics so they are both pretty minor condition issues. This is very common for these type of clear plastic cassette cases as we all know. The tape has never been mis-handled or abused. ALL SALES FINAL for this one, I have described it accurately and honestly. If the shrink is removed the tape will lose value. I reiterate, no returns on this auction.

I grade as accurately as possible based on the standard Goldmine Grading Scale, landing on the conservative side when in doubt.
