This is an amazing find which came from a flea market in Paris. Given that it is estimated that only 200 copies of this France-only release on Epic were ever pressed and many of these were destroyed when they didn't sell, finding a copy of this is pretty rare. But to find a copy of what is considered one of the most sought after Acid Folk albums which is also autographed by both Malcolm Watson and Irv Mowray is surely near to impossible? But this is exactly what came out of a huge load of records on a market stall in Paris.
When I picked the album up it didn't have an inner sleeve. As a result the vinyl does suffer from some surface markings and light scratches. Visually it grades at most VG-. In spite of the visual imperfections it plays surprisingly well. There is some light ticking and background noise in parts with more substantial ticking for around a minute on the penultimate track of Side One but this doesn't overpower the sound. I would probably grade VG overall but this should not detract from the fact that the album is eminently listenable and surprisingly good.
Overall the sleeve is in pretty good nick. It would have graded close to EX- but has a small tear to the spine so I will grade as VG. The autographs are in the top right hand corner.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
NEAR MINT: The record appears new but is known to have been played because the label has light spindle marks or because it has come from a previous owner
and is assumed to have been played by them
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc.
