MONSTER! ONE OF THE MOST WONTED SXL CLASSICAL LP!

DECCA SXL 2155 WIDE BAND GROOVED EDITION 1 "Original Recording...." at 10 o'clock. Wide silver band and "ffss" circle at 12 o'clock.

This is one of the most wanted,sought often of all SXL Classical LPs! Fantastic! Is the very First and early 1960 pressing (Febrary 1960)of UK Decca SXL 2155. One of the best violin SXL's. Ruggiero Ricci with Ernst Ansermet and the Suisse Romande Orchestra play Lalo's "Symphonie Espagnole" and Ravels "Tzigane". One  of the most musically satisfying recordings demonstrating Ricci's wonderful tone and virtuosity.

Come with nice laminated sleeve on the front side,Original "Round FlIpback" on the back sleeve(Plase see the photo),in heavy vinyl quality,original Unboxed Decca label,and including of the always nice STEREO "ffss" Inner sleeve! REPETE IS THE VERY FIRST UK PRESSING FROM 1960,WITH WRIT ON THE LABEL "ORIGINAL RECORDING By"! AS you see  on the label (see photos) is writing RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1959,AND ON THE BACK SLEEVE,Botton left corner, 2/60(Febrary 1960) as the very first pressing must be!

CONDITION: The label are very clean in both side,with NO Wear and no Writing!
The sleeve is the original laminated and flipback and Is also kept with care in to another plastic cover! the front laminated side is clean with only some minimal,small,common creasing near the eges and corners ,and a very small white point,on the very right corner,but as i hope you can see on the photos, nothing serius! the back is very clean with the "Round flipback" perfectly attach!  The visual grade is EXCELLENT,but i will put near to be excellent,EX-!   Is really nice cover!
THE VINYL  is so nice and clean! Original heavy quality,look very nice,with only very few of the lightest paper scuff lines,but no scratches or evident marks,and more important nothing that makes noise to the sound that play great,with NO skips,no pops,and no jumps!   The visually grade is Excellent,EX,with the sound clean and Excellent!  IS A REALLY NICE VINYL!
THE INNER SLEEVE is Original "ffss" STEREO DECCA,and is EXCELLENT!

EX A perfect vinyl! You can tell that is been play few time,but almost perfct! sound also must be perfect! a BEAUTIFUL VINYL!

EXCELLENT VINYL, but may have minor some paper scuffs that do not interfere with the sound quality! There can possibly be a hairline scratch or two but nothing that is obvious or affects play. Vinyl is bright and shiny and the sound also must be EXCELLENT! this is EX!

(VERY GOOD PLUS) fOR MY OPINION,VG+ must be nea excellent vinyl! NO SKIP,JUMP OR POPS MUST BE ON VG+ VINYLS! There is Some visible surface wear, very minor scratches and scuffs, but minimal,tiny,and nothing deep or bad evident! the sound quality is very good but can be even excellent or perfect(seeDESCRIPTION inside the auction)!  VG
(VERY GOOD) Vinyl will have noticeable scratches or scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. There will be no skip! Vinyl may appear somewhat dull and grayish. There may be wear or deformation of the spindle hole. G

Attempting to listen to these discs will be painful. These discs are basically trash unless a collector desires one to fill a space in a collection until a better one comes along.

EX IS A BEAUTIFUL COVER! you can tell that is been use,but with extreme care! EX+ is nice and perfect cover,with spine and corner perfect!

nice cover! slight corner creases, no wrinkles, puckers, seam splits or writing on cover! Artwork is clean and unworn and there is no ink wear. EX sleeve is a really nice! VG+
(VERY GOOD PLUS) Cover is clean but may have minor writing or marks and may show slight wear. There may be just the start of ring wear, where the disc has created a raised area on the cover that resulted in the ink wearing off the paper. There may be slight discoloration or staining, minor seam wear, but no splits or tears. Corners may have small creases or frayin! VG
(VERY GOOD) Covers are worn and used. Seams may be starting to split or may have been unobtrusively repaired with clear tape  possible some ringwear, but the artwork is still attractive.
