This record is in excellent+ condition. It has just a couple of extremely light spindle marks on the labels and these are barely even visible. There are no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere and the centre holes are not loose. Overall the labels are near immaculate.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean, have a beautiful lustre and are near enough spotless in normal light with nothing remotely serious visible just light wispy lines visible when tilted. These and more incredibly light wispy lines are visible under very bright white light but there is nothing remotely serious or slightly sinister. The record has no scuffs or blemishes and as I say has a stunning vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays completely flat, there is no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is superb. Its crisp, full of distinction and has next to no background interference or surface noise, with only a trace in the near silent sections or between tracks. There are obviously no jumps, sticks or clicks and no other serious musical issues. It was an audio experience of high quality and was an absolute treat to pleasure to play test such a classic album with top quality audio.
The gatefold sleeve is in near mint condition. It has next to no wear/rubbing to the edges and corners(pics) and the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. It of course has no splits, the spine is rock solid and there are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is barely any ring marks visible with just a hint of one showing on the back, and only a couple of short very minor creases to the laminate. Inside the gatefold is clean and free from any issues. Overall it is in superb condition and has obviously been very well cared for.
It also includes its original plain EMI inner which is in excellent condition and is free from splits, tears or pen marks but does have some slight creasing, discolouring and a small stamp in the top right corner.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
