Description

ARTIST : SYD BARRETT

TITLE : BARRETT

LABEL & CATALOG NUMBER : HARVEST, UK / SHSP 4007

FORMAT : LP

COVER CONDITION : VG+ laminated front cover is very nice, tiny cut corner bottom right, tight spine, little wear & small pen marking rear, with label inner.

VINYL CONDITION : VG scuffs & some surface scratches but still nice gloss, and plays really great. audio is EX and even NM in spots, its a great dynamic pressing.

NOTES : rare UK original pressing of this classic, without the boxed EMI logo on the labels & with a front laminated flip-back cover & the correct 1G/1G first press matrix numbers. essential second & final post PINK FLOYD solo outing, with much help from his former band mates RICHARD WRIGHT & DAVID GILMOUR. not a top copy but a tough score as a 1st press, and sonically a real treat.
