Chopin, Nocturne in E flat major op. 9 No 2
10" black G&T G.C. - 37938, matrix 4267 o, recorded Paris 1904
This was never re-issued in any other form and is one of the two rarest Sarasate titles.
Condition: V+ Obviously well played, but still enjoyable. Rough start and 1 scratch at beginn ( 20 clicks ), 1 short needle run in the middle part ( abouth 16 clicks ) and 1 fine scratch at the end ( 18 clicks ), but all are to a certain extent tolerable ( I checked the record with a .0040" = 90 micron stylus )
