Description
OK so a bunch of years ago me and my friend Sean put out this record. We were just a little rinky dink label putting out a band that was on the verge of getting big. We did a small run of this ep on vinyl and we had a great time doing it. We had put out a bunch of 7"s already and did a lot of handmade touches on most of them. One record has silk screened, a strip of duct tape was put on, two pictures were pasted on, and then some stamps were put on the inside cover. We went pretty crazy with this release too. Two color cover-black and orange, blue, green, etc. Then we cut out the butterfly design by hand. It took a lot of time. It wasn't something we did to make money, it was a labor of love, usually in the dark hours of the night after we had worked our other jobs. This here is a misprint but I almost hesitate to call it that. Every silkscreened cover is just a little bit different. That's part of what makes them so awesome. Here we didn't register the cover all that well. Basically that means we put down the first color, black, let it dry and when we put in down to print the orange ink it was a little off center. Basically there are some white spots where there should be orange ink. Check the second picture. It probably explains it in a picture then I can do with words. If you have any questions email me. Oh Yeah, it's on white vinyl with the smallest hint of a black speck. I wouldn't even call it a streak. It's never been played. I don't even know how many can be slightly messed up like this. I kept the ones I thought looked cool so maybe it's the only one. I'm getting old and the memory is foggy. Now I have kids and I'd rather have space then these records.
