Description

You are looking at (and hopefully bidding on) a classic album from the NWOBHM - New Wave of British Heavy Metal!

The album is entitled "Scene of the Crime", and is a compilation of a number of bands aiming to break through in that genre in the early 1980's.

It was released on Suspect Records in 1981. The label code is SUS3.

I have owned it since new in 1981, and it has been part of my record collection since then.  This album has appeared previously on eBay, and judging by the price achieved, it is a very collectible album of this genre.

The bands featured on the album are MANITOU, TYRANT, SPARTA, SAVAGE and PANZA DIVISION.

I'm not a regular seller of vinyl, so I can't grade the album or the cover as a record dealer would, but here is my honest appraisal of its condition; The album cover is in good condition front and back, apart from a small dint in the lower right of the front, which can be seen on the picture. The corners have some minor signs of wear. The spine is in very good condition, has kept its shape, and the album name and number are still very clear on the spine. The record itself is very good, with just one superficial mark on track 3 of the B-Side, which does not affect the listening quality of the track.

I will pack the album very safely prior to posting (unless the winner would prefer to collect). I have quoted First Class postage in the UK, please contact me if you would prefer an alternative method (recorded, Special Delivery etc).
