Description
Up for bid is an extremely rare factory sealed promo LP, "Honey Baby, Honey Baby," featuring Fiends of Distinction, Blood Hollins, Weldon Irvine, and Zulema. See pictures for song list. This is not a cut out item, has no holes, notches, or cut corners. This was released by RCA (APL1-0994) in 1975. Although this set is sealed, there are a couple of small places where the shrink is not intact. There is a tiny tear in the shrink along the top seam. There is a breathing hole in the shrink on the front of the jacket. The rest of the shrink is intact, set retains the factory seal. There is very light ring wear on the front and back of the jacket. On the front of the jacket in the upper right corner is a promo stamp recessed into the actual jacket (see pictures). There is a small crease on the top and bottom seams (see pictures). "This soundtrack features Friends of Distinction and Weldon Irvine. It's a good album, full of clean mid 70's funk instrumentals and strong vocal numbers. It's a lush, full orchestral sound, clean but featuring big beats. "Title Theme and Openings" starts the LP in strong funk style."
