Sex Pistols 1976 EMI ORIGINAL GERMAN PRESSING.
Here we have the ORIGINAL 1976 EMI PRESSING of the legendary Sex Pistols ANARCHY IN THE UK.
I have been the owner of this record since the late 1990's.

Please look at the attached pictures and read this description VERY CAREFULLY.
As I've already said, this is the 1976 pressing, the sleeve is NOT pristine, but it's not bad at all.
It had RING WEAR to both sides of the thin paper sleeve, this occurred before the record came into my possession when people were none too careful about how they handled things, or even knew that one day someone else might want it as a collectible.
The attached images show the ring wear clearly. The sleeve isn't a disaster by any means, it is more than passable. There are noticeable bends to the entrance where the record has been taken in and out at some point. I have stored the record outside of the sleeve since I've owned it.
The sleeve itself is literally paper thin, it isn't robust at all, but considering it is 45 years old, it has done well. Please look closely at the pictures.
The vinyl itself is in actually surprisingly good condition, it is clean and without scratches. To the naked eye, there is not a mark on either side.
This is IMPORTANT. I have not played this record since it first came into my possession, some 20 odd years ago and I have NOT played graded it before listing, I am selling it as VISUALLY VG+, so please bear this in mind.
IF you want me to play it before bidding, then message me and I will do so to give an accurate grade. I don't have a record player currently, hence why it's only a VISUAL grade.
Obviously this is is a vintage collectors piece with all sorts of history to it and people will have questions, I will do all I can to answer them.
Please see my feedback to know that I don't sell fakes, rubbish or over grade anything I sell. In the past I have sold rare Misfits records and my feedback shows that I grade conservatively.
