Description
This auction is for the French issue 7" vinyl single - Sex Pistols - Submission b/w New York. Sex Pistols / Barclay label 640 137 - with the repress code on the sleeve of BA-105, I believe that the single was issued circa 1977. Plays great. Please study my photos for track listings etc. Please note that this record does not come with a centre.. UK auction only, with FREE ROYAL MAIL 1st class DELIVERY, UK only. Condition: This single was kept in a PVC protective sleeve by the previous owner, which has done a great job of protecting the sleeve, which is bright, clean and rates an excellent condition. However, the PVC sleeve has caused "misting / hazing " to the vinyl. This does NOT affect the singles play, the record plays great and is an enjoyable listen. I believe that the " PVC sleeve reaction thing " is now reconized as a potential hazard, that might come from storing vinyl records in a PVC sleeve, as the PVC / vinyl, react to one another, causing the misty / hazy effect or somtimes a rainbow effect. So, overall, visually, due to the misting, the vinyl = very good +. The labels = excellent. Still a brilliant single and well worth having. Again, the record plays great. I play/test all my records on a mid-range Audio Technica deck. Important - please study my photos.
Postage: This lot has FREE Royal Mail 1st class delivery, UK only. This is a UK only auction. There are no overseas shipping options, except via eBays Global Shipping Programme. The record will be removed from the picture sleeve and put into a new plain white sleeve, this is to avoid record break through to the cover whilst in transit. The items will be put into a new protective Covers 33 400g poly record sleeve and then placed into a strong package, travelling 1st class Royal Mail.
