Description

Super rare Nimbus pressing of the Beatles classic. I am the original owner from new having purchased a selection of these special pressings produced only in limited numbers for the UK Magazine "Hi-Fi Today".  This is far and away the most desirable of this excellent series. While I now live in California I am English and this LP was purchased while I was at college in the UK. 
Original UK covers and labels were used for this pressing, the only identifying signs are the sticker on the cover and the dead wax matrix codes, which include the "NIMBUS ENGLAND" records stamp (see picture). The stampers are
YEX-637-A1 YEX-638-B2
Comes complete with the normal cut-out insert sheet
The LP is NM and will be shipped in a virgin brand new audiophile inner liner (with the original liner included for completeness). It has been played at most 2-3 times on my hi-end hi-fi rig
The sleeve is graded VG+ due to a) splitting (cat scratch?) at the top of the seam (see photo) and b) a slight "grease" stain on the inner right edge about 80% of the way up (visible in the gatefold photo). There is no ring wear or other markings and other than these defects the covers are impeccable.
Will ship domestic or international priority mail with insurance for a reasonable fixed fee and I will use super deluxe packaging (a professional double boxing record shipping system). If you so desire I can also clean the LP on a Clearaudio double matrix, entirely up to you.
