Original 1968 press - PCS7055. Matrix Nos; YEX 689-1 / YEX 690-1


Debut 1968 album for the classic Deep purple heavy rock band featuring

Rod Evans (writes) vocals; Jon Lord (writes) vocals and organ; Nic Simper (writes) vocals and bass guitar; Ritchie Blackmore (writes)  lead guitar; and Ian Paice (writes)  drums.

Album includes the infamous Hey Joe also performed by Jimi Hendrix. A first issue fantastic album, all aspects in really good condition.

COVERS - condition very good++. Laminate on front and spines only. Front has minimal creasing and shadow of vinyl is only visible under certain light. Title on spine is fully legible with no deterioration and only small hint of rubbing at corners of spine. Includes original EMI black and white promotional unlined sleeve which is shows no sign of wear and tear only minimal discolouration, but no creases, all edges unsplit and no repairs.


VINYL is in excellent condition with no visible scratches at all. Preloved and treasured.
