This is a test press 2 Dope F**k Off 12" vinyl record in new condition! It's in excellent collectors quality.  This is one of only four ever to be made and in existence. Test press vinyl records do not get sent to the record label sealed.   They arrive just like you see pictured. You will receive the exact item pictured. I say that this is an excellent collectors quality and not perfect collectors quality because the inner record sleeve has some creases.
