First time on ebay and an essential record for your Police and Sting collection. The Police recorded this song and was included on arguably the band's best album - Reggatta de Blanc in 1979. The song was written by Sting, who gave Sheila permission to record a reggae version of the song. As the song broke into the UK Top 40, she was invited to perform the Police classsic on BBC Top Of The Pops: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Im0IXpklZxI
Excellent reviews led to Island Records signing Hylton, which led her to record a version of The Police's "The Bed's Too Big Without You" which charted in the UK at #35 in 1981. Legendary Reggae Artists Sly & Robbie who appear on the record on Bass and Guitar, make this version a perfect homage to the Police. The single has been placed in a PVC Protective sleeve and will be securely packaged.
