I think payment within 8 days of winning an auction is more than fair. By giving me 5 star ratings you help me to keep my shipping charges at the minimum because I get a refund from Ebay on my FEES. If I can't maintain a 20% refund from Ebay then it makes sense for me to start charging a little extra for shipping and start charging for handling as Ebay is constantly raising there fees and taking more of the sellers profits with them. I do my best to describe the items to the best of my ability. All items are sold as is as most are in used condition. I will accept a return if I have grossly misrepresented the item in question. My goal is to have all my customers leave 5 star ratings in all my dsr categories and I work hard towards that. Please if you don't think I deserve a 5 in a particular category please contact me so I can have a chance to make whatever is wrong right to earn your 5 star ratings. Leaving even a 4 is a horrible mark and will cripple Detailed Seller Ratings(dsr's). Ebay says a 4 = reasonable,quickly,accurate, and satisfied -sounds like a four is good but its not. Ebay says starting sometime in November a 4.3 in any category will get you suspended from Ebay. Again if you can't leave a 5 please contact me before you leave any ratings, I am very reasonable and would like to work with my customers so I can earn your 5 star ratings.
