Recorded live at Max`s Kansas City, New York September 7th 1978 by Metro Audio Inc. 
This is the original first pressing of this album matrix no. JSR 21.... all other editions of this record were pressed after this edition. 
With plain white labels, plain white sleeve with A4 printer stickered sleeve showing Sid`s body being carried from his apartment. 
Innocent Records is clearly visible on the front of the sleeve. 

Sometimes this record is also named "Who Killed Nancy?"
