Description
Way back in the 1980's, I used to promote a few gigs in the Southend area of Essex. One of the first bands I booked was Screaming Lord Sutch & The Savages. After a highly entertaining, if poorly attended show, Lord Sutch gave me two copies of his latest EP and signed them both. He was a lovely fellow (RIP), and I've treasured his gifts ever since, only playing one of them once to record on cassette tape, so keeping them pristine. Now it's time to raise some funds, so reluctantly, I'm letting one go.
I'm listing this as Near Mint playing condition, as it's now been played twice, having just checked it's OK on my old turntable.
The outer sleeve is in Mint condition, as it's been kept in one of those plastic protection things for the last 30 years. His autograph "Lord Sutch" is on the back, and there is no personalisation or dedication to ruin it for anyone else.
Recorded in London, October 1981, the Loonabilly EP was released on Ridgemount Records later that year.

The starting price is a fair reflection of what I believe is it's true value, given (when you can find one) the unsigned copies in good condition sell for over £50.
I'll try and dig out photos of the original gig if anyone wants to see them to back up the authenticity of the signature. In the final picture it shows this alongside the 2nd signed copy of the EP.
The EP will be securely packaged and sent 1st Class signed for in the UK. Overseas bidders please contact me for an estimate of postage.
