See discogs entry 6100369 for a pic of the back of the sleeve of his other record - he wrote (painted in fact) his name on the back so you can match.
No other known examples with the sig of the enigma that is Janaway.
"Mike" was the previous owner, now sadly passed on.
Photocopied insert included (not all had one). This one on blue not white paper, blue paper separators common in photocopy paper stock at the time. Probably the only one with a blue insert.
There are marks (pressing is not known for quality so finding a 'great' copy is impossible). Record professionally cleaned and test played on a high end rig. Some light pops, a couple of clicks, no skips. Plays way better than you would assume from the pics.
