Description

This is the scarce and out of print original 12" vinyl 33 1/3 RPM recording on Award Artist Series Records, catalog #AAS-708 entitled "Sigurd Rascher Plays the Saxophone. Vol. 2”

This record is in excellent condition but could use a very slight cleaning. It is in the original pictorial record sleeve. The outer sleeve has a trace of tanning to the extremities, with a slight ring mark on both panels and a faint tanning. Otherwise in great condition. This record features recordings of saxophone virtuoso Sigurd Rascher playing works by Handel, Fiocco, Eccles, and more. An Award Artist Series album. A very nice copy of an important and rare saxophone recording!!!

Recordings of classical saxophone music on vinyl are scarce by any performer and this record was never released and is not available on compact disc as far as I am aware.
