Near mint 1966 Simon And Garfunkel first pressing 360 Sound Stereo Original LP "Sounds Of Silence" (Columbia CS 9269) with no titles listed on the front, Simon & Garfunkel and Sounds Of Silence all in capital letters on the front and Tiger Beat magazine shown twice on the back (airbrushed out on later releases).
In the top left front corner is a blocked off statement I have never seen before on this particular album: “Playable On Mono Equipment. For Best Results Use Stereo Needle” (see pictures).
The tracklist is: the Sounds Of Silence/Leaves That Are Green/Blessed/Kathy’s Song/Somewhere They Can’t Find Me/Angie/Richard Cory/A Most Peculiar Man/April Come She Will/We’ve Got A Groovey Thing Goin’/I Am A Rock.
The glossy LP looks and plays great with just a few light sleeve scuffs. The cover has no splits, tears, writing or cutouts and just some light wear. The inner sleeve advertises giant rock posters.
NO reserve. I ship worldwide and will combine winning bids to save on postage (check out my other items!).
In the US, the winning bidder pays choice of media mail ($4.78) or priority shipping (based on ZIP code). Airmail shipping and handling to Canada is $14.50. All other locations outside the US are $20.00. Good luck!
