3) Record Condition: Near Mint: No visible signs of wear
4) Label Condition: Very Good Plus: Only Visible signs of wear is slight marking on center hole, but barely noticeable
5) Sleeve Condition: Very Good Plus: Picture sleeves lightly turned up corners.
6) Promo Copy: Gold stamp top left on back of sleave
Background: Records were purchased from collector estate sale. Some wear on records due to poor storage condition from family prior to my acquisition. Most records vinyls show no to minor actual wear with wear if any slight sleeve discoloration from storage. Many Promo/demo copies from previous owners time as record store owner.
