Skinnyman - Council Estate of Mind vinyl album. 

WHITE LABEL PROMO VERSION! 

This is an excellent copy of a super rare UK hip hop classic! If you know you know. This copy is a white label promo version making it even more exclusive. 

SLEEVE CONDITION: Very Good + 
One seam split on the top edge. The split is 4cm long. I have shown this in the pictures. No other marks, rips, tears or heavy damage to the sleeve. 

VINYL CONDITION: Excellent
Conservatively graded. There are no heavy marks or scratches. A few hairline marks visible that do not affect the sound quality. 

Comes with the two original Low Life record printed inner sleeves, and the printed insert. 

The labels are really cool with one side having a large Low Life records logo and the other side blank white. This promo version was strictly for the heads and DJs back in the day so they don't come up very often if at all.
