IMPORTANT: by placing an order, the following conditions are FULLY ACCEPTED by the buyer:
- PARTIAL REFUNDS are made only after having found an agreement between seller and buyer. If the buyer is not satisfied, he can request a full refund, which will happen after the return of ALL the items included in the order. Items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped.
- No refund in case of LOSS or DAMAGE. In the event that a package arrives damaged, the buyer will take care of making the claim to the post office BEFORE opening the package, and contextually submitting a request for refund to the post office itself.
