Description

These recordings were made by Nick Perls who discovered the great pre war bluesman Son House living in obscurity in Rochester N.Y. The blues wold was about to rediscover house at folk festivals and new recordings.House sounds great here even though they were his first recordings for decades. On the Blue Goose label # 2016 released by Yazoo. Record is NM. Cover shows some ring wear on front and spine.
