Vinyl: NM-, few light superficial marks
Sounds: VG++ to NM-, plays beautifully with light surface sounds barely audible below music.  Has that great Checker / Chess sound.  
Cover: VG+, Tiny split at bottom right.  Common wear to seams.  Small tear on front from price sticker.  Some minor writing on back.

Details:

(records are spot played, I am unable to listen to entire records due to time constraints)
Linn LP-12 TT and Troika Cartridge used for play grade. 
Vinyl Cleaned on  A VPI HW-17 Vacuum Machine.
Record was placed in a clean new inner sleeve.

Packing: 
Records are removed from their covers. Cover and sleeved record are placed in a quality plastic outer sleeve.  All records are packed between two sturdy corrugated cardboard flats and sealed tight in a corrugated record mailer
