A Collector's Note: Lucho Macedo (1930-2017) was a pioneering Peruvian salsa musician, pianist, and arranger. His Sonora became one of Latin music's most innovative and successful orchestras, incorporating dynamic instrumental solos (guitars, winds). Macedo masterfully blended genres, exploring everything from guaracha and son montuno to Latin rock and Latin jazz.
