Description

This is part of a big auction of mainly Specialty Records 7" 45's. Specialty recorded many great artists in the blues, R&B & gospel genres among others. All of those will be represented. There will also be a nice selection of rare bonus listings.

Format: 45 rpm 7" single


Year: 1953


Notes: White & yellow label first pressing. This is Gus Jenkins recording under one of his several pseudonyms, the only one credited to this particular name.  Bluesy R&B tracks here with Jenkins' trademark deep vocals. 


Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with hardly any wear at all. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all.  Labels are nice with original gloss & no tearing/stickers. There is some light scuffing on parts of each side. This is a nice copy overall.


Sleeve Condition: VG, Original outer sleeve has some light wrinkles and a small pencil number on the back, but no tears or splits. Nice shape overall. VG to VG+.
